The three-bedroom apartments...
...are around 118 m2 (1270 ft2). There’s one main room with a full bathroom and there are two other rooms that share a secondary bathroom, all rooms have queen bed, closets, night tables and small desks. They also come with a laundry room where you can find a sink, washer and dryer machines. Full kitchen with a small bar and high seats, dining room and tv room which are in the same big space. A balcony that looks into the pool and central patio is at the front of the apartment, as well as the front door and hall way.
The four-bedroom apartments...
...otherwise known as the penthouse is twice as big, it takes the whole top floor which is around 230m2 (2475 ft2). In this case, there are four rooms, the main room with a full bathroom and the other three rooms share two full bathrooms. Just like the other apartment there is a laundry room with washer and dryer machines. In this option, there are two balconies facing the central garden and pool but also there’s a big private terrace on the back end of the apartment with amazing city and mountain views, particularly our iconic landmark “Cerro de la Silla” which is just in front of the terrace. A bigger kitchen and kitchen bar is available in this option with a similar space for dining and tv area.

...have all services available; water, gas, electricity, internet and cable. User is responsible for paying utilities and can decide whether to keep, cancel or upgrade the internet and/or Cable Tv.
Location is just awesome, Torres tec is close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and convenience stores. Just 15 min walking you can find “Nuevo Sur”, there you can find a movie theater, a bowling alley, a big variety of restaurants and bars, office supply stores, grocery stores, electronics, cloths and more.
